The changes to the Labor Policy Act are as follows:

1. The basic salary will be adjusted from the original 21,009 yuan per month to 22,000 yuan, and the hourly salary will be adjusted from 133 yuan to 140 yuan.


2. Labor insurance insurance salary scale, labor pension monthly salary scale matching adjustment, after the amendment is divided into 17 levels, the first level  insurance salary is changed to 22,000 yuan, delete the original level 2 second level 2,1900 yuan The third level is transferred to the second level, and so on;the original level and the amount will be maintained above the level of 22,800 yuan, and the highest level will remain at 45,800 yuan.


3. Labor insurance rates are raised by 0.5 percentage points per year to an upper limit of 12%.


4. The age of labor insurance annuity is raised to 61 years old. If you want to receive an annuity in advance, you must also be at the age of 56. The first application  is 47 years of labor, and every two years is delayed by one year until 65. Years old.


5. The application for foreign workers will be open for online application. The Ministry of Labor will directly hire a joint service center, except for Taipei Station, and the other seven positions will be closed.


6. Foreign migrant workers who live on fishing vessels should provide their own beds, appropriate cooking facilities, and life-saving and fire-fighting equipment on board.


7. Since July 2018, the scale of employment or special medical staff has been reduced from 300 to 50 in three phases.
