The training courses include smart communication, cloud construction and management, and wisdom. In order to assist unemployed persons to upgrade or develop their employment skills to promote their employment, the Development Department conducts employment-oriented vocational training according to the regional industrial development and employment market demand every year. In addition to professional teachers and complete training equipment, the divisions of the Development Department also provide professional counsellors to provide counselling services for students in life, study and post-training, and to conduct job market trend analysis and job search skills during training. For courses, invite manufacturers to apply for employment briefings or recruitment activities. After the training, send a letter of recommendation or introduction letter to the employer, etc., provide various employment counseling measures, and assist the trainees to obtain the technician certificate. The graduates of the training will be employed smoothly.
