1. Grating Cover, other than the side panels, shall be welded with high frequency, fully automatic welder and shall not be welded by soldering the mother materials
2. Side Panel: Side panel at the two side of grating plate shall be panel with flat steel of  hx6mm and the slag shall be cleaned totally.
3. Grating plate shall be hot dip galvanized as surface treatment after forming.
4. Hot Dip Galvanization: Zinc content in zinc tank shall be above 95% and temperature shall be between 450°C~460°C and the galvanize volume shall be 610 g/m2.
5. The center distance of flat steel interval shall be 30 +/- 2 mm.
6. Interval of twisted square steel: Center distance 100 +/- 2 mm and each interval shall be twisted 90 degree at each 30 mm length.
7. Material: All materials shall be CNS SS-400 steel
8. All products of Cheng Sing comply with National Standard Specification and all dimensions, except provided otherwise, are in CM.
